WESTERN Reusable Smoker Tray - You will reuse the WESTERN Reusable Smoker Tray over and over to add wood smoke flavor to food cooked on gas and charcoal grills. For the best results, place 2-3 handfuls of chips in the tray and place it on the cooking grill above the hottest burner. You will then turn that particular burner to high and within a few minutes it should begin to smoke. Once it does, adjust your grill to desired cooking temperature and place your food on the grill to enjoy the wonderful wood smoke flavor. If you are going to cook for an extended period of time you may want to use more than one tray so you can have one ready when the wood in the first tray has quit smoking.
